³⁷ Who has the wisdom to count the clouds?
    Who can tip over the water jars^(A) of the heavens^(B)

³⁵ All who live in the coastlands^(A)
    are appalled^(B) at you;
their kings shudder with horror
    and their faces are distorted with fear.^(C)

¹⁰ I will cause many peoples to be appalled at you,
    and their kings will shudder with horror because of you
    when I brandish my sword^(A) before them.
On the day^(B) of your downfall
    each of them will tremble
    every moment for his life.^(C)

¹⁵ When a king’s face brightens, it means life;^(A)
    his favor is like a rain cloud in spring.^(B)
